Jane Chou is a wonderful person. She has been doing my 93 year old father's taxes for several years and not only does she offer personalized service, she takes her time to make sure he receives every deduction he is entitled to. My father doesn't drive so she came to his retirement home to pick up all the documentation, and then again once it was completed. Individual Tax Preparation
It was a last minute and no one wants to make an appointment for my tax preparation (during the pandemic) and luckily I saw her ad at google and she answered. Spoke to her on the phone during her off hours but she still entertained my tax novice questions. She's very helpful, straight to the point and gives you lots of advice. I would like to 1st thank Chou Kuo Yu for her professional expertise. She came through with my 2017 Tax letter that I needed. I have only done business with her via email and her services prove and spoke for itself. I contacted her and she was out of town. So in other words I have never met her face to face and I felt very confident in surrendering my business to her. I was seeking services and through her busy day she took time to insert my project into her day. The 2017 Taxes concluded in not being what was needed and she corrected the problem with GRACE (no charge).
